Built for Microsoft Dynamics AX, Omnica MCR Back Office provides a comprehensive set of campaign, order management, and fulfilment capabilities for companies who process large volumes of small/medium sized orders, either from consumers or business customers.


What does it do?


Campaign Specification
Structure your marketing activities in terms of brands, channels, campaigns, catalogues and offer codes, response codes (keycodes), promotions and order profiles. Target promotions and offers to particular customer segments, manage the response, and measure the results.
Credit Card Payment Processing Processes payments captured in telesales or online, either in real time or batch mode. Meets Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard requirements (for achieving PCI/ PABP compliance).

Order Management



Controls the flow of orders prior to fulfilment processing. Automatically places orders on hold due to account credit problems, for blocked addresses, pending card authorization or cheque clearance. Manages inventory allocation and promise dates, and automatically controls substitution and cancellation. Also automates overpayment refund processes. Includes an order management workbench, to give users a control of order flow in the business.

Correspondance
Automatically sends order confirmations and dispatch confirmations, often by email, according to html email templates.
Inventory management
Adds a range of relevant functions to Dynamics AX’s already flexible and powerful inventory management capabilities. For example soft stock allocation without reserving against bin locations, sales kits, ex-stock only transactions, automated dropshipping, and cross-docking for back-to-back sales orders and purchase orders.

Packing Station
Bar code based function enabling high-speed packing with verification of package contents for large transaction volumes. Allows operators to scan documents to recognise shipments and/or pick notes; rapidly scan items to confirm correct quantities for each dispatch; select carriers, and produce parcel carrier labels.

Returns, refunds and exchanges

Lets you process return transactions in one step, issuing refunds, credits, replacements or exchanges, even if returned goods ‘just arrive’ at your warehouse without a returns authorization. Takes out ‘double handling’ and makes returns processing super efficient.
