Omnica MCR Back office provides a comprehensive set of campaign, order and business management facilities for companies who process large volumes of small/medium sized orders, either from consumers, or businesses. Omnica MCR back-office is designed for the needs of the following types of companies:

Functions

Campaign Specification: define your marketing activities in terms of campaigns, response codes, promotions, order profiles.
Credit Card Payment processing. Processes payments captured in telesales either in real time or batch mode. Meets Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard requirements (for achieving PCI/PABP compliance).
Order Management. Controls the flow of orders prior to fulfilment processes. Automatically places orders on hold due to account credit problems, pending card authorisation, or for a time period for cheque clearance. Manages stock allocation, without requiring physical reservation of stock in specific locations. Includes an order management workbench, to give users a control of order flow in the business.
Packing Station. Bar code based function enabling high-speed packing with verification of package contents for large transaction volumes. Allows operators to scan documents to recognise shipments and/or pick notes; rapidly scan items to confirm correct quantities for each despatch; select carriers, and produce parcel carrier labels.
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges. Functionality for processing large volumes of returns, refunds and exchanges, making it possible for operatives to complete all related parts such transactions in a single step. Automatically creates credit card and/or printed cheque refunds, selecting the payment method of the original customer payment. Deals with overpaid orders, e.g. incorrect cheque amounts, or order lines which cannot be fulfilled, and automatically generates refunds for those too.
