Rather than using the general-purpose order entry form in standard Dynamics AX, Omnica Telesales provides an intuitive and purpose designed telephone sales & service environment, for call centre use, that increases productivity and drives up order values. What does it do?


• Ability to service customers as they want to be dealt with. Rapid full text searches for customers and products makes it easy to keep up with demanding customer requests.

• Manages inbound calls and builds on Dynamics AX’s telemarketing functions for intensive pro-active outbound calling.

• Links with your website or other product image/data bank so that a sales person can have easy access to all the information that the customer has, if not more.

• Facility to easily create a new customer account on the fly using integrated addressing data.

• Integrates with information from direct marketing campaigns, for response capture and pro-active offer-based selling.

• Despatch management function optimizes ship dates to minimize unnecessary parcel costs.
